« Pratiquant »

Ce niveau comprend les techniques de base. Le but c'est de développer la prise de conscience sur la prévention et la gestion efficace des attaques/menaces d'une manière simple, explosive et avec un temps de réaction court.

Description : Niveau – G

« Graduée »

Réservé aux élevés ayant finalisé le niveau P avec succès. Ce programme reprend les techniques du niveau P et rajoute la suite possible du combat, enchaînement et maîtrise de l’agresseur. Lors de ce niveau, on développe davantage la continuité du contact et le combat.

Level-P1 Prevention, Distance and Relative Position - Frontal Attacks.

Objectives: To be aware of prevention, effectiveness and handle basic frontal attacks / threats. To develop short and explosive reactions

  • 1. Prevention – before and during the attack
  • 2. Safe distance.
  • 3. Guard positions
  • 4.Punches .
  • 5.Open hand Strikes .
  • 6. Elbow strikes .
  • 7. Knee strikes .
  • 8. Leg strikes .
  • 9. Defense against punches .
  • 10. Defense against kicks .
  • 11. Defense 360 degrees .
  • 12. Enchained .
  • 13. Defense against Stick attack .
  • 14. Knife threats to abs and throught.
  • 15. Defense against knife attack .
  • 16. Using casual objects .
  • 17. Defense against shirt grasp with one hand .
  • 18. Defense against shirt grasp with two hands .
  • 19. Exercise against 2 or 3 opponents .

Level -P2- Attacks from multiple directions .

Objectives: To manage attacks from multiple directions. To develop short and explosive reactions.

  • 1. Falls .
  • 2. Rolling .
  • 3. Chokes .
  • 4. Guillotines .
  • 5. Bear hugs .
  • 6. Wrist grips .
  • 7.Hair grip .
  • 8.Knife threats from the side.
  • 9. 360 degrees with simultaneous counter attack .
  • 10. Movements .

Defense against stick attack .
Defense against knife attack from the side on the ground .
Defense against top-down knife attack on the ground.
Chokes on the ground.

Level-P3

Objectives: transition to ground combat, mastery of basic technique and transition to the beginning position.

  • 1. Transition from standing to ground combat .
  • 2. Ground shiffting on the back .
  • 3. Leg sweeping while lying on the floor.
  • 4. Hips throws.
  • 5. Spider 7 positions.
  • 6. Chokes.
  • 7. Defense against cross lock .
  • 8. defense workout.
  • 9. defense against ankle lock.
  • 10. Defense against punches while on the ground .
  • 11.Transition from ground to standing position.
